Holy Trinity Scottish Episcopal Church, Dunoon, is delighted to announce that we have been awarded a grant of £2,258 by the National Churches Trust and the National Lottery Heritage Fund. This grant is to enable us to carry out a fabric condition inspection and investigation on our Church tower. Masonry material sampled from the tower will be examined and analysed, and a written illustrated report produced, with recommendations for remedial work. The Rector, Vestry and congregation are most grateful for this grant. The grant will help us to begin the restoration work on the Church tower, which is an outstanding feature of the Holy Trinity and the townscape of Dunoon.
